I do not discriminate based on age/gender/sexual orientation/ethnicity etc. I myself have experienced marginalization, and it is a particularly strong component of my mission to provide support to those of us who have felt like outsiders because many of us have the most important and unique gifts to offer the world.
I value all people as individuals, and if you are willing to do the work of self-reflection, I am thrilled to work with you.
Right of
Refusal
There may be occasions in which I feel intuitively, for a variety of reasons, that a client and I would not be a fit to work together, and I retain the right to refuse clients if this is the case.
If, in any case, I do refuse services for a prospective client for any reason, it will be done in the spirit of supportive kindness. and payment will be fully refunded.
I'm Not a Doctor...
As a Tarot professional, Mentor and Magickal Practitioner, I am here for you in a spiritual capacity, to support you in your life journey.
Because of the unique nature of this work, it is not a licensed or regulated profession, and due to this, my services are legally considered to be for entertainment purposes only.
The services I offer can provide spiritual/emotional guidance and support to help you manifest your goals, but I cannot offer specific financial or legal advice or diagnose medical conditions.
Please consult the appropriate experts as required if you need further expertise in these areas.
Honesty and Integrity
In the work I do, I won't necessarily tell you what you want to hear, but I will tell you what I believe the Universe feels you need to hear.
I speak the truth and share information as it comes through to me, knowing that it is for the highest good, even if it may be difficult at times.
I will always try to share challenging information with kindness, but if you are not open to self-reflection or personal growth, my services may not be a fit for you.
Adults Only
I only offer services to people 18 years or older. Tarot and spiritual awakening work can be powerful and challenging, and a fully mature mind capable of self-reflection is required.
I believe that many younger people are capable of this work (my spiritual awakening began at age 16, and I was already reading the Tarot for myself), however for legal reasons this restriction is necessary.

Payments & Refunds
Payment must be made in advance of any service being performed, at the time of booking, in order to reserve your spot. I accept online payments through PayPal. After you choose your booking time slot, you will be directed to the payment page to complete the transaction.
I try to be as accommodating as possible, so if you book a service and need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as you can and I would be happy to accommodate you.
If you need to cancel and cannot reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance and you will be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for "no shows", as my time has been reserved for you, preventing me from scheduling another appointment. Refunds will also not be issued after the service is performed.
If you have booked an email reading or magickal service, I will contact you when I am about to begin your service. After the service has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Mentoring
Confidentiality
As a client, you need to feel safe to open up and share your story with me!
Information we discuss during a session will remain confidential, and I will not share personal or private information with other people or on social media without your consent.
I will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the inadvertent or unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, information relating to clients, including protecting digital or physical files from access to other people to the best of my ability.
Exceptions
I am bound by the laws like all members of society, meaning that I may in certain circumstances be required by law to disclose information relating to a crime, or if I believe disclosing information would prevent a crime or harm to another.
Empowerment
It is my goal in a mentoring session to empower you!
I may offer advice, spirit guidance and insight, and/or various techniques and ideas to implement, but at all times, please know that you are in charge of your own life journey.
You have the absolute right and responsibility to accept or reject my input, and to choose to participate in this process, or end our relationship at any time, as you see fit.
It is also your responsibility to seek out any other professional assistance as required in your life, including such things as legal advice or medical treatment.
